VIQHA Nanaimo chapter is co-hosting a schooling show July 26 at the Coombs Fall Fair Grounds. Lots of walk/trot classes, green horse & rider classes, western, english and hunter hack is being offered. Paint horses will be eligible for points. For info, contact Becky Martens #250-951-9412

VIQHA North Show Committee would like to extend our gratitude to all of the sponsors, volunteers, and competitors who made our show a huge success. I am also delighted to say that our Social Night/Live Benefit Auction was absolutely spectacular and was a full house. Much laughter, enthusiasm, and spending gave us a grand total of $3000 that goes towards our stabling fund to bring our show back home to the Comox Valley. Special thanks to Brian Rimmer for donating his time and voice as our auctioneer, Domino's Pizza, D&A Castle Contracting, Helmut & Irene Fortkamp, Cosco's Bakery, Save On Foods, Becky Martins, the Nanaimo Quarter Horse Group, and everyone who graciously donated items all towards this evening of FUN!
